Tom Six directs this biological horror sequel in which car park attendant Martin (Laurence R. Harvey) is inspired by the experiments of the deranged Dr. Heiter from the first film.

While on nightshift at work, Martin, a mentally disturbed victim of abuse, watches ’The Human Centipede - First Sequence’ (2009), a movie which he obsesses over. He decides to create his own human centipede and lures victims to a warehouse where he carries out botched surgery jobs to make his own grotesque creature.
